Our Story
RowanTree Clothing was born in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, surrounded by rolling hills, deep lakes, and the steady presence of the BC mountains. This place shapes everything we create. It reminds us to slow down, look closer, and make things that last.
We believe clothing should carry meaning. Every RowanTree piece is printed to order in Canada to reduce waste, support local makers, and keep production close to home. Each purchase helps remove ocean plastic through our partnership with Ecodrive × 4ocean.
We care about how things are made, who makes them, and where they end up. Our designs are inspired by nature, activism, and the quiet courage it takes to do better in a noisy world.
We are not perfect, but we are trying. We choose progress over perfection, integrity over convenience, and connection over trend.
When you wear RowanTree, you wear more than clothing. You wear your values, your story, and a piece of the wild beauty that inspires us every day.

Why "RowanTree"?
The Rowan Tree, known as the Tree of Life in Celtic mythology, symbolizes courage, wisdom, and resilience. It represents the interconnectedness of all living things—a perfect embodiment of our mission to create fashion that respects people and planet and gives back.
Our family are recent settlers from Ireland and Scotland and have a deep reverence for the land that we now call home and for the land that our grandparents left behind.
